"I appreciate it. In PTSP, there has been a change of mindset and mental. Those who were once officials asked for service now have to serve the citizens." he expressed, during a briefing of Jakarta DPM and PTSP Head in Improving Service Quality at Soemantri Brodjonegero GOR, South Jakarta, Saturday (7/15).

He stated, the real proof of the breakthrough of service performed by Regional Working Unit (SKPD) can be seen from the delivery service, called AJIB. Its existence is proved to make the management of licensing easier.
